Tracking Tips

Partials: By default "partials" are enabled. This means that, for example, if you create a tracker for toys - posts about toystory will be saved. If you disable partials then only the specific word toys will be tracked.

Spaces: Allowing partials? Spaces in your tracker can be quite useful. Use them to help you track a specific prefix/suffix.

Ex: If you track "hate", words like "whatever" will count as a result. Adding a space before it like so " hate" would only pick up things containing "hate", "hateful" & "hated"

You do not need to wrap phrases in quotes!

*deleting a tracker will also remove all archived results and statistics that the tracker produced

It is a bot that we built. It monitors exchange data, some technical indicators and uses social listening (volume of posts etc) to give us signals, we pick the ones we think will be most accurate. We have to add them to the site manually at the moment but this will also be automated in the future.

To be fair, I do not typically work events and I wouldn't say I was doing any of the heavy lifting that our Sales Booth and Organized Play teams were doing. I was handling social listening and being available for customer service type issues that weekend.

Some of the most cynical attitudes here. It's just so that they're able to listen and do customer service. And honestly, companies are doing this already by hiring social media managers and using social listening tools. How is any of this a secret or news? If anyone discovered there was corporate take-over of a sub then everyone would just make another sub like when r/trees got migrated on. And it would be the biggest PR disaster of the year.

Thank you!! As someone who uses a social listening program everyday for my job - the manpower required to hit on all brand engagements via Reddit is insane!! Let alone on mainstream social media. Even with this integration. It's too much. Way too much. And my team is staffed with 200+. The social volume is insane, nor is it not worth the time. Might as well influence brand positivity by.. Oh, idk, providing a good product/customer service? Hehe.

In that case, I'd just make sure you've got ways to price you've improved the overall attitude used on social. A tool like Nuvi could help with social listening, and sentiment analysis. It couldn't hurt to have hard data to back up your campaigns.
